Even if the summer is not yet finished, we are approaching the fall fast. And once the temperature drops, your wardrobe will not be the only thing that will need a little change and renewal. Yes, it is your interior decoration. And with a little effort, you can have a modern and warm interior where you will feel good during the cold and sad days of autumn. What are then the interior design fall trends for 2019 to know to enter with style in the new season?

The interior décor of the summer of 2019 was inspired by the "staycation": staying at home and making small local trips, and it was also inspired by organic forms - in other words, lightness was the goal. According to experts in interior design, architectural forms and heavier materials will be the "stars" of the new season to create a background effect. Indeed, the Italian influence is gaining ground.

And if you ever worried about the "budget" question, then no need! The autumn interior design additions will not cost you a fortune. A single strategic purchase will be enough to give you the impression of renewing your interior, no matter if it is the new trendy lamps or luxury pillows that decorators love. Of course, among the best autumn trend ideas, there are also some more expensive than others. Like the "podium" style marble table.

The classic "umbrella" or "umbrella" lamps take a modern update and become one of the biggest fall trends of 2019, according to the decorators. Umbrella lamps will be everywhere in autumn this year. Inspired by Italian design, this style of lamps will apply to all lighting fixtures in our homes. So do not wait and see these famous lamps so modern.

Paper lanterns

So looking for a slightly lighter lamp style? Fortunately for you, the paper lantern lamp style will be very fashionable in autumn. But it is lantern lamps of minimal design, inspired by the Japanese decor. You can find them in variations not very expensive if you look for example on Amazon.

The pedestal style table

Yes, this is again the Italian style of deco. The pedestal style tables are an excellent "jewel" to have at home this season. Luxury materials such as travertine, marble or malachite will accentuate the look of your home and give it an ultra design look.

Velvet textiles

Just like your clothes, the heavier textiles in the interior will create a more cozy and warm feeling for the fall. And velvet a classic in the field to achieve this effect. Velvet is always a hit in autumn and especially in rusty shades. There is no need to change the entire sofa to get this look - opt instead for pillowcases to refresh your old sofa a little.

Peacock blue

As for colors, in addition to rust shades, peacock blue is the fashionable color for fall. The peacock blue creates a very strong look that is easily managed by associating it with lighter and lighter colors. This can be for example the millennial rose that attenuates a little the strength of blue. Use a darker blue shade such as for curtains or tablecloth to create depth and "break" the pattern with a mustard shade or a large floral pillowcase. Do not forget the decorative accents that in autumn can be decorated with natural elements such as flowers or dry leaves.

Black furniture

Continuing with the colors, but this time for the furniture. The black accessories were very trendy last year and a year later came the turn of furniture and especially chairs in black. "The Little Black Chair" is scheduled to be the dining room icon in autumn 2019. Fortunately, black chairs can be found in many different styles and designs to please virtually everyone. You can keep the look warmer by using black chairs decorated with comfortable cushions and a table tablecloth in neutral colors.

The comforting layers

With the long nights coming to an end and the clock changing in the fall, it's time to warm up your home decor a bit. This can start with a palette of amber colors combined with greens and blues. The retro printed looks will add a touch of familiarity and charm while keeping the classic style furniture and decorated with comforting textiles and accessories. One of the best ways to do this is to layer the accessories using lots of beautiful textures and warm shades like amber or navy blue. Put two or three cushions of different colors and textures on top of each other is, in this case, a great idea.

Neutral shades

Neutral shades are for those who do not like to follow fashion when it comes to colors in interior design. Neutral colors are elegant and sophisticated and so beautiful! It is almost impossible to be wrong with neutral colors. Use design luminaires in neutral colors like the ones we have suggested earlier in this article as central deco points and associate the pendant lamp with the table lamp to finish the look. To enhance the cozy feeling, opt for an oatmeal and rust color palette.
