Each of us has in mind the image of a master in his field, we can not always imagine the master of SMM sphere, but everyone has in mind the image of the ideal teacher. Those who know our guest, most likely, will agree that it is the Tutor with a capital letter "In", with the sun in heart.
Today in the category Mom of the Week Zhanna Shaidarova, author of the blog "Not a moment of peace", co-host of the project"Children's gallery". And the name of the blog reflects the amazing creative energy of the author.
Blogs Mom (Olga): Hello, Joan! It is infinitely pleasant to welcome You on "Blogs of Mothers"! Man comes from childhood. Tell us what you dreamed of? How did you come to pedagogy?
Jeanne: Hello! Thank you for the offer, it's very nice to be on "mom Blogs".
Probably, to be a teacher I inherited. In our family there are a lot of relatives with a pedagogical profession both from mother's, and from father's party. My mother is still a teacher at the school. Since childhood, I remember how she prepared for lessons in the evenings, and I imitated her, not yet able to read or write, took a notebook and a pen and also "took notes". I pictured myself as a teacher.
My mother's sister was a kindergarten teacher. And I liked to go to her work: play with the kids, walk with them. I think that's when I started "to accumulate my teaching experience and experience", and after graduating from school I entered the pedagogical Institute.
In 1993 I got a job in kindergarten "Zvezdochka" Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk educator, where to this day I work with young children. Of course, not everything worked out at once, the experience came with time, now I myself have something to share.
Being a teacher I inherited.
Olga: Amazing shores, porcelain Japanese treasures ... Tell us about your native places.
Zhanna: Sakhalin... I love my small homeland. Our cities and towns are very modest, the population is small. Our main attraction is nature! Wildlife! Sea, hills, taiga, fishing, mushrooms, berries…
From early childhood, my parents instilled in me a love for the environment, taught me to notice, observe, admire and be filled with inspiration from what I saw. I love to go for mushrooms, fish, wander along the seashore... you Go, you dream, you collect kelp, shells, and around not a soul, unless somewhere else you will meet such?
Well, treasures it loudly, but the small "burial" Japanese utensils to me and my dad managed to locate one. Unfortunately, most of the dishes were broken. I wrote about this story in my blog.
Olga: you have quite grown-up children. Pauline for 22 years, and Andrew is 13 years old. From the standpoint of the experience of education, what, in your opinion, the most important thing to remember? Share your family traditions with readers.
Zhanna: it is very difficult to advise something specific. But still, I note the main thing - is to love your children, communicate with them, talk, read together, walk, so that the child always felt and knew that the house loves him, always listen and support, help to be a real friend for them.
Daughter a year ago graduated from the Institute with honors, works and lives an independent life. My dad and I are calm for her – she is a smart person, knows what she wants from life.
The main thing is to love your children.
Son. Recently I read interesting words, if a child under the age of three years asked to handle, then in adolescence he will need your help and support. So, not for nothing was carrying a son. Now he is 13 years old, a difficult period in his life, new and unknown both physically and emotionally, and I am pleased that he shares with me, trusts me with his feelings, secrets, asks for advice.
Olga: my son has his own blog. Andrei's passion for blogging was passed on from his mother?
Zhanna: of course, from my mother. The son himself showed a desire to blog, long persuaded me to help him in the creation, said that he also wants him to write from all cities comments. And somehow sat down together and made a " Diary of ideas."
She showed me how to write, how to compress and insert photos. Initially wrote, but the enthusiasm quickly disappeared, then re-appeared a couple of times. Now again speaks out. Recently, an incident happened, mistakenly deleted almost all blog posts (thought he was cleaning his mail), was terribly upset, cried, but pulled himself together, googled and restored all the messages himself, however, the comments could not be restored. I think that the time will come and Andrew will often write in the blog.
Olga:"for me it is very important with what mood the child crosses the threshold of kindergarten". Phrase from your office. When I look at pictures of classes, even through the screen you can feel a wave of positive. I love to peer into the enthusiastic children's faces, such emotions can not be arranged. How do you manage to create a comfortable environment for kids?
Zhanna: that's Right, it is very important with what mood the child crosses the threshold of kindergarten. After all, this mood will have him all day. You know, I will always remember the words of the head, which she told me at the beginning of my teaching activities: "Treat children the way you would like to be treated with your children."
Treat your children the way you want your children to be treated.
I work with babies, with the crumbs, often come children who are not even two years old. For them, separation from my mother-a tragedy, and the most difficult moment-separation…
Every day to hear tears in the waiting room (and also to know that mothers cry too, that all thoughts are only about the baby: "How is he there?", "Not cries whether?", "Not offended whether his who?"), here Willy-nilly one starts conjuring up surprises! I offer games with water, sand, paint, plasticine, glue, wax crayons, loose material ... Tears as it happened!
Olga: "don't throw anything away. Bring to the group, Jeanne V.. It will create an educational game out of nothing!"- call one of the parents of your pupils in the comments to the posts. Frankly, I myself, reading "No rest", began to look at hardware stores as a source of educational toys. Which of the non-traditional hardware store items is most popular with the kids in the group?
Zhanna: I was born and grew up in the Soviet Union, at a time when everything was scarce, nothing was thrown away, everything was used. And still hands raised to throw away a box of chocolates, no candy wrappers, no caps, etc. All we have goes to the cause.
Many years ago, my partner fascinated me with games with water and sand, at the initial stage it was very difficult to replenish the subject-developing environment, we had only water, sand, stones, but natural material. And here nets, basins, jars, containers... even in shops anything suitable wasn't, collected bit by bit, did a lot of things the hands.
And then in hardware stores that just did not appear: and tongs, and ladles, and strainers, and leechki, and funnels... Yes, all of the safe plastic, bright, light! Children love to play with these objects: pour water from Cup to Cup, pour sand through strainers and funnels, gain large ladles or tongs cork, nuts, bones, etc.
Olga: I will Ask an unexpected question. I remembered the story of the chestnuts. As during vacation in the South you collected them for their pupils, under the questioning looks of passers-by. A teacher remains a teacher even on vacation. It would be interesting to know the fate of those chestnuts. What games did they participate in?
Zhanna: it Happened, Yes. Even there is one chestnut from Chaliapin's dacha, it is a pity, of course, that I did not mark which one. This was two years ago, and chestnuts live in our group until now. What games just aren't played: and do gymnastics with them, and sound exercise, and bathe them in the water and hide in the sand, and use creativity.
For young children, loose material has an attractive force.
For young children, loose material (of any size: from small to large) has an attractive force, they can mess with it for a long time (although this is not typical for this age), but on one condition, if the adult will provide them with additional tools: jars with lids, spoons, scoops, bags, cups, trucks, buckets, etc.
Olga: I really like your multifunctional handmade educational AIDS. Children enjoy playing them in the classroom. What children will certainly play, and retain interest in the game for a long time?
Zhanna: I Agree with you, Olga, needlework AIDS are multifunctional, that's why I love them.
But none of the benefits, let it be well, very interesting, the baby will not play alone! Adult should be near, play together with him. Show variability, captivate, interest, teach. Becoming older, gaining some experience, the child will be able to use the manual in an independent game, in different guises.
Olga: in the group a lot of time is given to the health program. Most of all I liked the health tracks. Share the simple secrets of how to turn the space around the child into a Wellness environment?
Zhanna: our kindergarten is attended by children with poor health, in this regard, we pay great attention to their recovery. Track health is a seemingly simple but effective method. They can be used during the morning reception, exercises, classes (and not only physical education), before bedtime and after.
At home, you can engage in recovery fun and"invisible".
At home, you can engage in recovery fun and" invisible " to the child, ie, do not say that you need to do exercises, gymnastics, which provokes a protest, and offer to play, children always take it with pleasure.
You can make bags with different fillings, track from buttons, plugs, fill a box or container of cereal to roll the ball in hand, to walk barefoot on the carpet of LEGO, etc. Everything is possible, it would wish.
Olga: often, mothers who are keen on the early development of the child do not take into account the age characteristics of children. What you need to pay attention to in a comprehensive lesson with kids 2-4 years?
Zhanna: you correctly noted, Olya, mothers often do not take into account the age characteristics of young children. Mothers want a lot at once! But the attention of children of this age is imperfect, the game session can last 8-10 minutes, and be accompanied by alternating static games with dynamic ones. That is, the activity should be integrated: listening to music, development of movements, speech development, orientation in space, etc.
And do not forget, if the child is not interested, what you offer him, all efforts will be in vain. Better put it off until next time.
I would like to give an example from practice and make a reference to the integrated lesson - "Journey to the North pole".
Olga: the profession of a teacher is psychologically expensive. How do you recover to avoid burnout? What do you draw your energy from?
Zhanna: I am an ordinary person, and nothing human is alien to me. There are, indeed, moments when I begin to feel that irritation and negativity accumulate, that they are about to break out. But common sense, apparently, prevails over all this and he begins to look for a way out, makes a stop, I start to do something with their hands-sew clothes, toys, game manuals, tinkering with natural material, look for something interesting, unusual for a new occupation.
Common sense is taking me to the library! I collect a large stack of books, absolutely different subjects, and fill my vacuum with new stories, after reading it becomes easier, you realize that not so bad for you and everything is worse.
And still save departures, walks on the nature, to the sea…
And still save trips, walks on the nature, to the sea ... Usually we do it with the whole family, as soon as the snow melts-open the season until late autumn. This year, my son and I joined my husband and also began to go winter fishing.
Olga: Wish something to our readers.
Zhanna: Learn to listen and hear your soulmate, your children, relatives, colleagues.
