Kraft beer
Belgium
The traditional Belgian brewery Cantillon (rue Gheude 56, 1070 Bruxelles) is one of the few breweries specializing in the varieties of light bulbs and grasses, so the mandatory points of the program are a glass of Cantillon Gueuze and Cantillon Kriek-Lambic. Most of the equipment has been working in production for a century. And to feel the tradition more strongly, estimate the exposition of the museum.
Brasserie de la Senne (chaussée de Gand 565, 1080 Bruxelles) opened only in 2010 but is already widely known to fans of hop-foam. Kraft beer here is made only of natural ingredients and technologies, where the old Belgian custom interacts with the experiments of the present. It's like a modern art theatre in the world of brewing. Among the innovations of Brasserie de la Senne, try Black IPA and Brusseleir.
Scotland
Beer with punk flavor. Scottish company BrewDog develops the crowdfunding initiative Equity for Punks and offers you to join it. Even one of the most popular beers is called Punk IPA. The brewery, one of the largest in Europe, has already come to the U.S. and Australia and has inherited bars not only in the United Kingdom but around the world. In addition to the classic punk classics, pay attention to the classic red beer 5 AM Red Ale.
Germany
Although Stone Brewing has roots in San Diego in general, its Berlin branch (In Marienpark 23) should be added to the map to anyone who cares about beer. In addition to the excellent products (e.g. with a touch of fruit flavors), you can enjoy a truly spectacular production area and an equally chic restaurant. A tour of the brewery must be booked in advance.
Fish farm and oyster farms
Slovenia
Fonda Fish Farm is a family-owned company that will not only show you how fish and shellfish are grown, but will also teach you where seafood comes from, as well as the local secrets of cooking it. The seawater pools are located in the Sečovlje Salina National Park, so in addition to the gastronomic pleasures, you will also get great views. The family of the Foundation and excursions holds and prepares its own fish in any way.
France
The Port Leucate oyster farm (Quai Eric TABARLY, Port Bassin SUD) gives you the opportunity to eat fresh oysters in France and not be left penniless. It doesn't have an exact address and isn't usually indicated on the navigators: after turning to the Lecat, exit the A9 (E15) and take the D627 towards Port Lecat, where the coastal cafes will soon be snapped up. Here you'll find shellfish tasting with bread and salt oil (wine should be stored in advance). Or you can take, as the French do, a fresh purchase to have a picnic somewhere on the seashore.
Croatia
In Croatia, oysters are grown on the shore of the Gulf of Lima, just as good as Normandy oysters. Straight from the oyster farm (Rovinj 52210) and reunited with the Croatian wine, seafood goes to the table of the nearest establishments (praise, for example, leave the restaurant Viking). In addition to the Lima Fjord, there are other oyster places: for example, a large farm in Mali Ston, the only place in the world where small round oysters are bred (here the top place is the "Captain's Pile"). Or the tourist Dubrovnik, where in late March and early April there is a gastronomic festival.
