What is a Niche Health System? What is it based on?
First of all, on philosophy, and its main idea is that "the laws of life govern the laws of health." Nature creates a living organism healthy and viable, providing it with everything for its life, growth, development and full realization of its functions.
Niche's health system is a new method of gaining health, a new health strategy. It arose in line with the social movement, which received the name “natural hygiene” from the middle of the 18th and the beginning of the 19th century.
To better understand its essence, imagine that you were presented with an expensive beautiful car. Not knowing how to manage it, you sit down and drive. What will happen to you? Of course, you will break - cripple yourself and the car. That is how each of us commits a crime: receiving a wonderful, unique apparatus - a complex bioenergy system, our one and only life, as a gift, we rush in ignorance along the roads of our destiny, not understanding the laws of the movement of life. We do this in the same way as our parents did, and our parents repeated their parents, because a person can only develop by imitation. Our children study with us, the children of our children - our grandchildren - will imitate them. So ignorance is passed down from generation to generation. The result is one: sooner or later, but disaster is inevitable.
Is it not better to stop this process, think and begin to observe the so-called traffic rules, that is, the immutable laws of life?

The ancient Greeks had the god of healing Asclepius (later the Romans called him Aesculapius). Asclepius had two daughters - Panakey (or Panacea) and Hygyia. Both possessed the gift of healing, helped the father in everything, but they constantly argued among themselves. The arrogant Panacea considered herself all-healing and proudly declared that she could find and give people one cure for all diseases at once, and the humble Hygia reasonably kept her sister from such promising statements.
“There can be no single means for all occasions,” she said, “otherwise why would a person be given reason and the ability to be creative?” Everything is created so that in any, most unforeseen circumstances, a person could save himself.
“But if that were so,” objected Panacea, “why would man need almighty gods ?!”
- Gods will always be needed by man. For him, we are the Ideal of Truth, Good, Love, Beauty, which man constantly strives for. But he is weak, vulnerable. To achieve all this, he needs our help, ”answered Gigia.
- No no! - exclaimed Panacea. “The gods have already given so much to man.” He is awarded with Mind, Imagination, Memory, Will, Feelings, even Superconsciousness, that is, the ability to creativity! Does a person always pay us Thanks and Love ?!
- Yes, that's right. But this is only because a person does not know the Laws of Life. We must teach him these Laws so that no catastrophe occurs on Earth.
Well no! For nothing in the world, I will not trust my strength to people!
As soon as Hygyia convinced her sister, Panacea did not want to listen to her. So the daughters of the god of healing Asclepius parted on different roads: The Panacea heals people with various poisons - powders, potions, pills, and is still looking for the one and only remedy for all diseases at once. And Gigia enlightens people, preaches among them the Laws of Life, which no one can transgress.
Gigia believes that, having mastered the Laws of Life, people will be able to pass them on to each other and their children, that over time, all humanity will become physically and spiritually healthy, and life itself on Earth will be beautiful.
This legend says that the art of living has its roots in the art of being healthy, that it arose long before the birth of such an area of human activity as medicine (more than 5 thousand years BC, when it was called “Ayurveda”, which means “ayus” - life, “Vedas” - knowledge, that is, knowledge of life), and long before the advent of the drug industry. And life itself on planet Earth has unshakable laws that man and humanity must follow in order not to lose it - Life. Man has a choice - to live according to the laws of nature or to blindly follow without knowing where, behind ignorance, resorting to the services of medicinal medicine from time to time.
