First case ct
We see a volume reconstruction of the abdominal CT with bolus enhancement. We sea soft and calcification atherosclerotic plaques in this picture. This is condition after stenting the right common iliac artery, and the aneurysm of the right common iliac artery, aneurysm of the left common iliac artery. I think it it pseudoaneurysm due to atherosclerosis.

Second case
Consequences of falling from a motorcycle on a motocross.
Most of the comments were inclined to the fracture Galeazzi. Galeazzi fracture is a fracture of the distal third of the radius with dislocation of the distal radioulnar joint.
There is The Frykman classification of distal radial fractures (Radiopedy), where 8 types of distal radius fractures.
In this case we have only one projection. In my opinion, we do not have enough information to indicate a specific type. All we can say is that there is an intraarticular distal radial fracture + ulnar styloid fracture with a dislocation in the wrist joint with a pronounced medial distal fracture displacement. We also see a fracture of the head V of the proximal phalanx with a lateral displacement of the fragment.
In similar cases, we recommend using the Freekman classification and making 2 projections. Thanks to the author for the case!
Third case

The author of the case writes that it is a trauma.
The picture shows multiple pathologies. Here dislocation in the fifth metatarsophalangeal joint. Destruction of the head of the third metatarsal bone and the base of the proximal phalanx three. No fragments in the area of destruction. I need an accurate history, but I do not have it.
Amputation of the phalanges and the distal metatarsal bone of the second finger.
Comminuted fracture of the first metatarsal bone, dislocation with displacement in the first plusus-phalangeal joint.
I think that at first there was a leg injury, and then osteomyelitis developed. But this is better to ask the author of this case.

Here is a foreign object in the projection of the transverse colon. The subject is like a chain. According to the structure of the bones, I can assume this is an x-ray of a child.
This is a simple but interesting case. Children often eat various items and sometimes this can. Be careful with children!

In the direct shot of the foot, we see a foreign object of metal density in the projection of the fourth metatarsal bone. This is probably a needle fragment. I do not see other pathologies.
