1. Clean your home.
And I don't mean only cleaning. You should throw out all unnecessary staff. Don't forget about broken dishes, worn out clothes, equipment that doesn't work. You don't notice how much time we spend rearranging things from one place to another. Do your space airy and spacious.
2. Reduce time on web-surfing.
I didn't realise how often I used social networks, updated pages and found news that I didn't need. Moreover, Instagram can engender inferiority complex. All that ideal faces and fit bodies, maybe you should do work against of scrolling pages?
3. Put your computer in order.
A lot of files in my desktop make me nervous. All that shortcuts, disordered files mess up my laptop. I arrange all files in right folders, always clean my recycle bin.
And you should clean your email box from spam and old unnecessary files.
4. Love yourself.
Okay, it's obvious. But it hard. Loving youself means that you should wear the best clothes, eat the most delicious food, read the most interesting books and spend time with the smartest people. But also it means that you forgive yorself to be lazy, relaxed and calmed (if you need it).
