Kerakli masalliqlar:
40 gramm qizil chechevitsa
30 gramm salat bargi (aysberg)
10 ml limon sharbati
5 ml sirka
15 ml zaytun yog'i
1/2 dona qizil piyoz
1 dona bodring
1/2 dona qizil, bulg'or qalampiri
30 gramm feta pishlog'i
5 gramm petrushka
15 gramm balzamli sous
Tayyorlash usuli:
1. Chechevitsani tuz solingan suvda, 15 daqiqa davomida pishiring.
2. Pishirilgan chechevitsani aloxida idishga soling va limon sharbati bilan seping.
3. Tuz va murch seping.
4. Zaytun yog'i va sirka quyib, aralashtiring.
5. Chechevitsa bilan mayda to'rg'algan piyoz, bodring va bulg'or qalampirini birlashtiring. Aralashtiring.
6. Tayyorlangan aralashmani salat barglariga soling.
7. Mayda to'rg'algan petrushka ko'katini seping.
8. Balzamli sous seping. To'rtburchak shaklda kesilgan pishloq bo'laklarini terib chiqing. Dasturxonga torting.
