Intourist tour operator has launched tours to Hurghada and Sharm el-Sheikh on the basis of regular transportation with connections in Istanbul and Cairo and attractive prices for holiday - from 84 thousand Rubles ($ 1,261) for a week for two persons with a flight.
Despite the three-year absence of Egypt on the tourist map of Russia, interest for this area continues to grow. And the more information about the possible return of air links with Egyptian resorts, the more active the retail and tourists ask question - when direct flights will fly to Sharm el-Sheikh and Hurghada.
While there is no product based on direct charter transportation, the leading tour operators are looking for alternatives, seeking to ensure the affordability of the product. Intourist also chose this route: in mid-December, a tour operator opened a sale of tours to Sharm el-Sheikh and Hurghada based on regular flights of Turkish Airlines, Pegasus Airlines and Egypt Air, offering affordable prices for tours.
For example, a 7-night tour to Sharm el-Sheikh for two persons starts from 84,000 Rubles ($ 1,261), including a flight through Istanbul on the wings of Pegasus Airlines. Weekly rest in Hurghada during New Year holidays will cost from 90 120 Rubles (1,353) for two persons, including air transportation. The flights from Moscow are open only with one change in Istanbul or Cairo.
On the Egyptian destination Intourist offers a beach holiday at the resorts of Hurghada and Sharm el-Sheikh. “Now there are 18 hotels in the portfolio of Intourist tour operator in Egypt, first of all, the own chain of Thomas Cook - Sentido, as well as other international brands.
