Your feedback matters

Hello!

Couple of days ago you provided us with your feedback. Thanks to all who gave comments! It was really useful and we took into account important things that you mentioned.

We had to make some amendments: after all, ignoring comments and being blind to criticism is a straight way to failure.

Firstly, we decided to swap the stages of research. Instead of having QUANT → qual study, we will have qual → QUANT study.

The reason for that is simple: preliminary qualitative study will help us identify the areas that we missed and get deeper insight into consumer world.

Conducting netnographic research in the first stage will allow to build better and smarter survey, reducing bias arising from our judgement and quality of secondary sources.

Secondly, we thought of some other ways to improve our survey:

  • add a question with screenshots of similar courses in order to identify factors influencing choice between them;
  • add question that filters out people who have no experience with online courses;
  • consider differences between people with lower and higher experience in taking up online courses.

In the next couple of days we will publish results of our qualitative study - netnography. After that, we will polish our survey and send it out.
