Recycling is the new black

Here in Finland people try to do everything to save environment. The first approach in this activity I run into was waste sorting. Firstly I thought that Finns separate rubbish in organic waste and non-organic waste only, but Finns go further and now you can see trash cans separately for paper, cardboards, glass, plastics, organic wastes and so on. I wonder, how many rubbish bins should be at home to sort all the wastes? I think that waste sorting is really good way to save environment. There are a lot of rubbish in the world that cannot be rotted, so it's just cover our plane, fill our forests, rivers and oceans, become an accident food for living creatures that can die from eating a waste. For example, a turtle, that now is in list of endangered species, can take a plastic bag as a jellyfish and eat it, and then because of inability of its stomach to digest it turtle dies.
Even the world-known companies understand the problem and try to make there products from recycled materials,

Even the world-known companies understand the problem and try to make there products from recycled materials, as, for example,  does. But my country still doesn't do it. I'm ashamed, but it's true - we still don't sort the wastes.

Here in Finland people even can "earn" some money participating in recycling campaign. How do they do it? Every time you buy a plastic bottle of soda or a aluminium can of beer, for example, on the back of it you can see the amount of money you will get, if you put these items into recycling machine. How does it work? You buy something from the shop. If you look at a receipt, you will see that the prise for the coke, for example, and the taxes for bottle are placed separately so you see how much you paid for the bottle. I think it works like a psychological mechanism, because if I saw just the price for the coke, I don't know how much I would want to receive some money from it, but when I see that I paid my money, that I earned by my work, for the bottle, just a bottle, the chance that I will return to recycle this bottle is much higher. So, you buy a bottle, drink it, but not throw away. You go to the nearest shop where is a recycling machine and put your bottle there. In return the machine will gave you a receipt that you can use in this shop as a discount for your next purchase! You help the environment and save your money at the same time!

I wish my country was worried about the nature as Finland does. I hope one day it will be true.
