Tired of a mobile phone? Drop it away! ... And get a new one.
If you are tired of your mobile phones, but it is a pity to throw them away, come on August 25 in the city of Savonlinna, in Finland. Here you will not only get rid of him, but also get a prize, if, of course, you score the most points. True, the prize here are all the same mobile phones, but the latest models.
Sounds like a crazy Finnish contest, but everything is serious here!
Despite the seeming frivolity of the event, the championship has an organizing committee, a registration procedure and rules.
The rules of the competition are quite simple:
- the participant chooses the phone model for throwing
- when throwing, you cannot touch any part of the earth's body outside the place where the attempt is made
- the phone must land within the inner zone of the landing sector
- wins the one who gets the most points
In the championship, you can compete both in the team event and in the individual. There is a division into male, female and junior categories. There is competition not only for distance, but also for originality and artistry, which are evaluated by the jury.
The world record for men, which the Finn set in 2004, is 82 meters 55 cm.
