Stressing and planning. Explanation where all your troubles begin

Stressing is always a great problem for every student even when they’re not taking exams. Teachers in schools (russian schools probably) can’t accept there are a lot of subjects (and homeworks) beside their class. It leads to a misunderstanding in communication with students and teachers. Finally, students are “buried”by a lot of homework they can’t cope with. Which methods may improve the situation?

I believe that planning is a thing which we all are needed most. If you know your tasks and work time, you’ll be able to understand clearly what you have to begin/start/finish today, and if there are any deadlines today. Altogether, if you’re planning - you can manage your life without stressful moments. For example, when you suddenly realize that that test had to be done last week, and now you’ve got a bad mark. Sadly, the majority of students know nothing about correct planning. Then, they need help from experienced people: tutors, parents and others. I believe that school directors may help with it, including extra classes with planning.

As I have said, planning is the best thing to manage your life. What should we do if we’ve implemented planning, but we still have a lot of tasks to be done? We have to plan our relaxation and rest. Yeah, it works both ways! Then, if students have problems with stress caused by study or work, teach them to plan their rest. I try to use this method, and it gives me outstanding results! Stress doesn't follow me every day anymore.

Finally, my whole text is about planning, without any other methods. Why? I’m sure that it's a great thing, and not planning or incorrect planning - reasons for stress at school and when exams are being taken. Then, just try! It’ll give you stunning results, I’m convinced!
