Does the school educational system do enough to help students find a job and understand what they want to do in future?

A lot of students and my friends are wondering about their future career and future. After school, they are given two choices: go and find a job that can help them survive or go to university, get skills, and continue to get money from parents. It’s a really serious and difficult choice, that’s why I gladly participated in the seminar.

The first thing we have to do to help their students become successful in further life are providing and organizing different courses with additional education. To be honest, not all of schools I know organize such events, and this is really bad for children. They only learn courses at school, which perhaps won’t help them investigate their abilities correctly. Furthermore, they may be fond of spheres and disciplines which are not provided even with courses at school.

Secondly, we have the best option schools can organize - work experience programmes. Of course, school psychologists may provide seminars and advices about career guidance, but point me at a human, who only was only helped by seminars and theory! All we need is practice! Therefore, I’m convinced that providing real work experience for children is the best thing schools can do. Before you become a professional in your sphere - you always have to go a long way, trying different jobs. When your work is happiness for you, then stop. You found what you were searching for. That’s because schools (if they even care about it) are literally obligated to organize such work experiences for children.

Above all, I’d be really happy if my school provided courses with additional education and work experience programmes. These two things may really help children understand what they want from life. In addition, it helps them become mature, and more knowledgeable and experienced in life.
