As-Safi Octalogy by the Russian poet and journalist Shukur Tebuev in September 2020 crossed the line of 200 thousand lines, bypassing Iliad-Odyssey, Ramayana, Shah-nama and Mahabharata. This work is the largest poetic work of the world in the history of mankind, written by one person, second only in volume to the Kyrgyz epic Manas. As-Safi tells about the history of the world from the moment of its creation by Allah in the context of all the Prophets of the Abrahamic religions up to Imam Shamil and episodes of World War II.
