Why is it so difficult to change yourself?

It happens that going to the goal we overcome great difficulties. Many factors hinder us. This is the environment that dictates how to do the right thing and bad habits.

You can't imagine what happened to me when I started getting up earlier. It feels like something has changed in my body and I have become stronger and feel better. To get up early in the morning, you need to strive for something new. I set myself the goal of reading books for self-development and my brain began to get used to this skill.

When you get up at 6 in the morning and do something, you have won a small victory and somehow it feels better inside. Moreover, reading books helps you build your thoughts correctly and talk beautifully.

Try going to bed at 23: 00 and getting up at 6 am. Yes, I believe it will not be easy to get used to it at first, because it is very stressful for the brain, but over

time you will get used to it and feel a great surge of strength.
