From 6 to 8 October, the XVIII International Scientific and Practical Conference “Development of the Ceramic Industry in Russia: KERAMTEX-2020” was held at the Marins Park Hotel Rostov.
The event was attended by representatives of the scientific community, the machine-makers, and brick-making plants from 20 regions of Russia. More than 100 experts in total. They discussed the development of the country's ceramic industry ― innovation, technology, product quality, production equipment and much more. The event was held by the editorial board of the “Construction Materials” magazine.
A pre-Conference plant tours of two factories of “Donskoy Brick” was also organized for the conference participants.
“The conference has been held for the 18th time in a row. But this year we have changed its format, giving priority to science. The conference was opened by a symposium on research in the field of ceramic production. Indeed, it is with science that innovations begin, which are especially in demand today by brick-makers. Yesterday we visited two interesting plants of the “Donskoy Brick” company.
