Empire State of Kind

Taking confidence on another level, just wanted to give a little reminder about how easily everything can go wrong and what can you do about it right in the moment it went wrong.

When you lost in reflections and tired of everything around - then it's definetly the time to change some stuff. It's so damn frightning and crazy as you try to figure out, how to stop pretending for changes to come and start being responsible for your choises. This kind of lifestyle gives us famous anxiety problems and make us unable to make forward progressive moves.

On the point where you dunno about how you really should act on smth., weird amount of things doesn't let you concentrate on what's really important, fears paralising your bones - it's really hard to find strategy or even dream in a long perspective. Thin ice. Days like these are plenty of struggling in a nutshell for no reason most of the time. If you spending a lifetime calculating things which hardly existable, feel bad everytime for what you did say to person you attracted to and sweating in the night while trying to fall asleep but you can't - welcome to the dead men club. Hope you here not for long. And don't even ask - i won't be your guide on a way out. You will.

It's all about baby steps and dedication for what's you up to. And meditation - use that for real.

A few things everybody able to undertake without moving into deep psychology: FE I am trying to follow basic instructions i give myself every morning (do not overthink, be kind, relax and THINK). BTW being kind is an optional but important move to feel things in better (more optimistic) spectre. Because u need to bring formative constructive energy around afterall. But suddenly appears that it's more about lifestyle and scheduale, than working tools. But there is one move you can use as a technic. I call it Checkpoint mind control (no i don't).

If you feel the way i described before - it's just impossible to play cool. But the cool thing is that your life is dynamic and so are yours states of mind. In this crazy metropolis rythm and enormous information flow we don't have time for extra overthinking or acting fragile. We need to be here and now with all our essence in order to maintain stable, productive and positive even in times we feel low. And there are many ways to accomplish this goal. I just want to share one more.

Long story short - without a doubt sooner or later will follow days when you'll feel more joy than waste and it's a reason to take something from these days, appreciate it and put in effort for your future upgrades. How exactly and what's the point? You can do checkpoints which are basically just versions of yourself doing good (or not that bad) and enter them later. That's pretty much it. When you feel control, when you can see clear - try to create a slot in your mental memory and save your current view on main lifetargets in it. Not less important - not to forget what did you figured out about stuff, people, worries and etc., while you are kind of "on a rise". It is not that simple as it's sounds, but it's a sure thing to do. You can use as many details which determines you in this minute of sanity and confidence as you want. These details will be a programm code to launch your comfort condition (or you can call it- state) in a really hard times and maybe just for a short period but to give your mind some rest and clarity. Always keep the details in mind! The point is to transform current anxiety state in relaxed and confident checkpoint save you made earlier. Need a lot of practise and concentration to achieve mind transfer from one state to another, especially in stress situations and it takes even more to hold one but that's a main target. But don't try to hold it for long. The whole point of this switching is that you don't let harmfull shit to affect you when you most vulnurable and sensetive. After alarming moment has passed - it's time for letting go everything was in it, including everything you used for control of situation, because you can't live in one condition - you need learn to adapt everytime shit happens. And for a different creepy moments of our life to overcome we might use new tools we figured out when we on the rise. And the better you will deal with hard times - the better will be all the rest of time (you'll grow stronger). And soon you'll be able to notice more good around and extract it not only to fight anxiety but for any of your purposes (forward progressive moves again).

Since u can use that kind of stuff, soon you'll understand the most important thing.

It's not life or people around or some circumstances that affects you and choose where next checkpoint will be - it's you (always been and for a lifetime will be).

Find your perfect state of mind again and again and upgrade it limitless.
