How well do I care for my heart ❤️

I can say that I have quite a good diet. I eat enough fruits , proteins, carbohydrates, and fats. Also I eat pretty healthily as I eat fast food rarer than once in three months. I know, that’s strange beckause most people eat it often, like twice a week or so. The only thing I need to change is my eating schedule. I only have breakfast and dinner but even this I do no earlier than 8 o’clock.

I only have breakfast and dinner but even this I do no earlier than 8 o’clock. Because of that I’ve already lost 7 pounds. That is not good at all. And the last problem is drinking water. I try to do it regularly but that doesn’t really work as I spend most of my time studying so I drink only one half of my norm.

I enjoy playing tennis. At first this sport might seem easy but that’s really differently when you actually try it. The main condition is to have  a very good breather as for running or swimming.  Also you need to have quick reaction as you need to change your position quickly because you never know Where will the ball fall.

I don’t go to the gym but I exercise at home for about five times a week. Also I go for a run in the mornings or in the evenings. Those things has really helped me especially when I was in quarantine. But there can be days when I am not in the mood for doing exercises or I’m just too tired for that. 

The biggest source of my stress is school work. I don’t stress only when I do my homework. For instance I stressed a lot this week because we had tests almost every day of the week. Our literature teacher said that she checked our essays for plagiarism. I and my best friend were both afraid because we took some ideas from the Internet. It was a big relief when I saw my mark. It was good. The stress is the second reason of my weight loss. I’m trying to solve this problem by relaxing after school. That helps but not a lot.

Nobody in my family smoke except my grandfather, aunt and uncle. We all think that it’s unhealthy so my mum is trying to dissuade them especially my grandfather because he is quite old and that is worse for him than for my aunt and uncle.

I suppose that air in my town is quite clean but in some areas it may be quite dirty because of the waste which is produced by urban interprises.
