In my opinion, a person must eat healthy food. He must distribute what to eat and at what time. For this, a person can write a schedule and make a menu. During quarantine I made a menu and ate at 12.16,20 hours. I can eat a porridge for Breakfast, vegetables with meat in lunch, cottage cheese for dinner.
In my free time I love playing football and basketball. But I started walking to the gym with my friends and support my physical form. When the school started, I didn't have time to go to the gym, but I have the opportunity to take training at the gym during the physical training classes. Also in my free time I run on the train at home. Furthermore, when there is time, I'm doing home on a special carpet. My family is completely for a healthy lifestyle, does sport and does not smoke.
I think my school takes a lot of strength, but I'm used to it. When I have some sort of test or check work, I have a little stress before it. But I understand that I'm not sure about myself. I hope it will be fixed over time.
I love the town I live in. It is calm and quiet, but in some areas dirty. I think there's a clean air in my town.
