In the film Project Power (2020), the attitude to drugs among local residents of New Orleans is absolutely calm. They already perceive them as something ordinary, but not a new drug that can give its owner unprecedented abilities. The disadvantage of the pill is that its action lasts only five minutes. An unknown organization is behind the creation of the drug. At first glance, you might think that the new pill is a breakthrough in the history of mankind, an opportunity for new achievements, but it is not so. You can't just hand out a miracle drug to everyone?
The fact is that after receiving unusual abilities, most people die. You can't know in advance what powers the medicine will give you. Some increase their speed, while others may lose their lives. Also, due to the unscrupulous part of the city, incredible forces lead to a large number of criminal proceedings. What is happening, begins to greatly worry one of the police, who is going to confront the creators of the destructive pill. He is taken to help a former drug dealer who is trying to improve in this way, and a participant in military operations who lost all his loved ones in the battle. They are going to track down those who created this killing machine and prevent them from destroying most of the city.
