Salaries of these workers should grow by 23 percent, according to the Ministry of Finance of Russia.
2. Wages growth by 4 percent to other state employees
Official inflation for 2017 was about 3 percent.
The state decided to increase the salary by 4 percent to state employees who were not mentioned in the "May 2012" decrees of the president.
Federal institutions
About two million workers in federal social institutions expect an increase in wages.

Regional and municipal state employees
The increase will affect social psychologists and other specialists in social work.
3. The minimum wage (minimum wage)
Since January 2018, the minimum wage has risen to 9489 rubles or 85 percent of the actual subsistence minimum of the able-bodied population (previously the minimum wage was 7800 rubles).
This increase will affect about four million state employees.
From May 1, 2018, the minimum wage will be equal to the subsistence level and will amount to 11,163 rubles.
