Introduction
It is possible to do business or to be engaged in administrative activity not only in real life.
It is possible to be trained, test new strategy and administrative technologies (Lean production, Stage - gate) or try schemes of methodological school of management in a game.
When writing this article, I relied on own experience. Also, I have made a small selection of games which will allow the beginning managers or businessmen to learn, skilled - to distract and have a rest a little from work, strategy or MMORPG (RPG) are generally presented.

Business is not only about money, but about management. To learn to operate it is possible on the example of the soccer team: 36 people (even if virtual) in submission – it is hard. As the manager it is required to make important decisions: to employ and sell players, to choose tactics, to conduct matches. And matches don't occupy the most part of a game, on the contrary, it is necessary to pay to players attention out of the field. For example, the manager can ask key players to lift fighting spirit of team.

I won't lie, I like a series of games of "heroes" - for me this game of the childhood. Classics of a genre which will never become outdated.
In brief, Heroes of Might and Magic - a legendary series of games in a genre of step-by-step strategy.
Begin a game usually with one hero and the city — actually, these two concepts also are an Alpha and Omega. The player isn't tied to one race and can be reorientated, taking and equipping new castles and/or pumping over heroes of other races. For construction it is useful to run and sail according to the map, collecting resources and artifacts.
“Heroes” it is not just economic strategy, it is necessary to increase also military power, bringing together the armies and to win periodically neutral (and later and enemy) for receiving experience and other useful things. Experience is a way to achievement of absolute dzen power.
Meanwhile, in another part of the map your invisible colleagues run and do the same, but in own favor. By itself, arise upon the conflict as resources and, the main thing, experience could be yours. Here it is necessary to become quicker, above, stronger than the opponent and to go on him (them) war. There are different types of campaigns, but an essence one — with the shield or on the shield!
Distinctive feature — step-by-step character of a game (though at the time of an exit of the first part — not so and juicy feature). That is, for one game day the player is granted an opportunity to build once in each city and the fixed number of points of movement to each hero on any “indecencies”; also in the morning the profit comes in the form of day performance standard of gold and resources; then the turn passes to other player, and so to the bitter end.
The same story and in fights where the sequence of the turns of groups depends on speed. The important tactical assumption which is at the same time killing realness and providing scale: one slot can be employed in army by beings of only one type, and the separate group can personify itself both one peasant, and many thousands of dragons. Thus, to be compared on grandeur to medley in Starcraft or in Age of Empires externally these battles can't, but having the minimum imagination, it is simple to imagine much more epic fights.
In such games it is crucial to have logical and strategic thinking that somewhat makes related them with chess (though the accident factor is present too). As well as in them, it is possible to put restriction of time for the course that in a game with the person to be reinsured from absolutely fierce "slowpokes" (on average maps usually 4 — 6 minutes). Besides, restrictions for a "ungentlemanly" game are stated in tournament rules: not only that the initiative already is in hands of the player going earlier, on every Monday in the cities and dwellings the folk — certainly grows, according to sequence of the course.
