Everyday we make so many choices. "What would I eat? What would I wear? What would I do?". Does anybody think about it? Yes. My favorite type of people choose to change everything everyday.

Of course, basic things must be similar: healthy food, sports and 8 hours of sleeping. It's a simple need that improves our mind, our life and our choices.

The strongest people choose to change the whole world around them. Everyday, in each detail, in each speech, in each glance. It's a habit, that has to be built in every heart. It's not so easy, but it may be, u just need some practice. Ok, then...
