Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Ellen Ripley and I was your client on the tour to Saint-Petersburg this past Monday. I am writing to draw your attention to the poor quality of touristic tours in your company.
I chose your agency among hundreds of similar ones, because there were numerous testimonials on the website. I used to believe them, but now I wouldn’t, as the trip turned out to be a waste of time.
Firstly, the departure was late, because we were waiting for all participants for almost an hour. I don’t think that the entire group should suffer from inconveniences, while somebody cannot come to the appointment on time. I suggest that you not wait for those who have missed the start of the tour.
Secondly, the guide was rather quiet and she had no microphone; therefore, it was hard to understand what she told us about sightseeing attractions. Some people became so bored that they left excursion earlier to pick up alcohol in the nearest supermarket! Thus, I strongly recommend utilizing microphone during the presentations.
In conclusion, I inform you that I am going to write a negative review on your website, letting people know what obstacles they might have with these tours.
