Two days ago I was walking from my work, and suddenly heard two persons, who had a talk in English to each other. Ohe of them was from Asia or Chine and speak fluently enough, but the other was russian, a man of 40 years. I defined him by his look and accent. They talked about driving and cars. I supposed, that russian was reseller or someone like that. They speak fluent but with awful accent and made much mistakes. But they understood each other. At that time I realised - no matter how perfectly and correctly you speak foreign language... All that matters is that you can had a conversation and understand another person.
In fact, a lot of people, who study some language, are afraid to take a mistake in it. They can't talk freely cause think that other people will laugh at them or even if others won't laugh, they will think you're fools. It's absolutly wrong! And there are two reasons. The first is that others does't really matter how well you are in your studing - they think mush more about themselves than of you. And the second is that there are lots of persons, who even will access your efforts to speak foreign language, even if you're incorrect sometimes.
Especially students of language faculties can suffer from that. Dmitry Petrov, The Polyglot, told that when he studied in Institute in Department of foreign languages they were trying to have correct english pronunciation so hard, that even stopped speaking it at all, in order that no one could see them taking mistakes. But the situation changed suddenly when Scotland students came in their dorm. They talked in English, that sounded so different from classic english pronunciation. So russian students realised that they spoke no worse than native Scotland speakers.
You should try to speak foreign language as much as you may. Cause when you try it you consolidate your knowledge more and more, you practise to build structures and sentences with your new language. And as the time passes you will feel increasingly fluent and free in it. And than one day you will suddenly notice that sentences are formed themselves in your head and freely fly out your mouth.
So do it each time, where possible. Even if you don't know many words - try make constructions with what you have. At least you'll begin to get accustomed to speak in it and hear yourself and your words in different situations.
