At a conservative estimate, if only 10% of those interested to buy, that's 52 transactions. And if we sum up the money - $350,000 average sales price, 4% average commission, 52 transactions = $350,000*52*0.04= $728,000. And invested $34,000 in advertising. But we all realize that the top agency is definitely not selling with a 10% conversion rate.
