Sarah's flat

I live in a flat in Bournemouth. It's in a modern building about three miles from the city centre. The old buildings look nicer, I think, but my friend lives in an old building and it's very cold. My flat isn't. My only problem is the birds; they make my balcony dirty. I hate them. My friend's flat is noisier than mine too. It's next to a busy road and it's on the ground floor. Strangers often look through her windows.
My flat is on the fourth floor, so I never have that problem. I can see the sea from my balcony too. I love that. There's a shop three minutes walk away. It sells groceries but it doesn't sell fresh bread, unfortunately.
When you enter my flat, there's a long hallway in front of you. There's a toilet on the left and a useful space on the right. I keep shoes and coats here and it's also big enough for my bike.
Next on the right is the living room. It's big and light and has a balcony and sea view. I love this room, so I always keep it tidy. It has a lovely blue sofa. It was expensive but it's so comfortable. I love it. The kitchen is opposite the living room. It's small and has a view of a hill, so that's nice too. Next to the kitchen is the bathroom. It has a shower over the bath and a wash basin but no toilet.
My bedroom is at the end of the hallway. That's a big room too, but there are lots of things in this room. My clothes, books, guitar, desk, and computer. It's never tidy.
