10 advices on how to increase self-esteem

1. Stop comparing yourself to other people. If you do comparisons, you will always think that everyone is better than you and you can never surpass them.

2. Try to communicate with positive and confident people who are ready to support you and so you will feel better and your self-esteem will increase. Negative people suppress you, so your self-esteem decreases.

3. Do what you like. From this you will feel positive and all the results will bring even greater happiness. It's hard to feel good if you spend all day doing only what you despise. Self-esteem increases when you are busy doing something that brings you pleasure

4. Keep a list of achievements. You need to find and write down reasons to be happy with yourself every day. This gives a reason to feel your own dignity every day.

5. Stop blaming yourself. You will not be able to develop a high level of self-esteem if you repeat negative statements about yourself. Correction of self-esteem is directly related to your statements about yourself.

6. Use affirmations to increase self-esteem. Put on some object, a statement like: "I love and accept myself" or "I am an attractive person and deserve the best in life." 10. Be able to be assertive. Don't let people push you around. Do not give in to the desires of those around you. You need to be able to focus on yourself and be yourself. The ability to be assertive, to protect what is important to you, will add self-confidence and raise your self-esteem.
