"You Are My Future" N. Modina

Hello! My sister is getting married soon, and her future husband has asked for help writing a poem for her. We tried very hard. I think she'll be thrilled

In the darkest phase of my life she was by my side,
Why wouldn't my life be the brightest if she is my bride,
I shall go against all the odds & hold her hand with pride,
I love her so much that I could withstand any storm or tide,
When I look at her, she make my lips go wide,
She is the best asset of happiness I find worldwide,
When she is with me, all my problems go out on a ride,
She gives me tons of happiness which my eyes wonder where to hide,
I have seen millions of faces but u r my only crush,
Whenever u cross my mind all I do is blush,
She is the medicine to my every pain,
She is such a sweetheart that even words fail to explain,
It is her hand which comes first to wipe my tears if I cry,
Shouldn't it be her arms to hold me for the last time if I die?, When I am in trouble and turn pale with fright,
She hugs me tight & life feels right,
With a tensed look she always ask "Am I In Your Future"?, With a Calm Smile I reply "You Are My Future".
