Hello, today I want to talk about sports. Sports are essential for good health.
And I would like to tell you what kind of sport you can do: in winter, spring, summer and autumn.
I prefer do easy athletic.I go running in the morning on street,but when it winter,i run on treadmill.
After running,i go pull up on horizontal bar.If you are also pulling up, I would advise you to buy sports gloves for pulling up, so that it is not slippery on the horizontal bar.
After all this...i go swimming - this is my favourite activity in summer. Most often I swim in the morning and in the evening, because at this time there are fewer bees.
Cycling - This is my partial sport i would say,because at summer and autumn more often go out with friends.
Hockey - I dont play this sport,but in winter,you can play,if you want.
Skiing - i go skiing with my father,if we in any park.
