Deja vu 3

It's rare to see selfless people, Obi thought to himself, and noticed something else.

He was wearing only pants and boots, and everything else was in the neighborhood. The girl left him gloves from the accessories, which Obi was glad to see he had the guns on him just in case.

A slight embarrassment still visited his head: what if the girl was taking off anything else?

The guy just smiled at it and sat down. Despite the fact that he did it, as he used to, silently, the girl turned around and, frowning, said:

- It's too early for you to get up.

Obi wanted to object, but the tone of his orders made him lie back. Then he admired the girl's beauty: green eyes, a small nose and a few strands of hair seen from under the hood. They seemed red to the boy for a moment, but he immediately dropped those thoughts.

-Red hair? What nonsense.

He lay still for a few minutes, but soon noticed that the girl was sitting with her back to him and was still trying to find herbs.

-Here's my chance.

Obi sat down again and reached out to the hood. It wasn't for nothing that they appeared red to Obi, and the fact that the girl wore the hood only increases suspicion. The hand stopped a few centimetres from her head.

-Should I do it?

Obi thought for a short time that he instantly ripped the hood off the girl's head.

- Oh! - she shouted green-eyed, but it was as if Obi hadn't heard it.

Her hair! They were really red!

-Hmm, my favorite color.

- What are you doing?! - I had to pay attention to the girl, but when Obi did, he noticed that she was really angry now. Mostly even scared. Why not?

I'm sorry, - Obi said with his head down, but suddenly he changed his face. Will he just apologize to someone? Obi was always wild, and only a few could prove their loyalty to him. The same girl did nothing to make him trust her, nor was it a fact that she had cured him instead of poisoning him. - But I don't need your help, - Obi cut off his clothes and got up.

Now the girl wasn't stopping him, though Obi wanted it somewhere in her heart. Why didn't he stay with that girl yet? He often acted against his desires, but still didn't know the reason for it. Was it pride? For the most part, yes.

After walking a few meters from the tree underneath, Obi started wearing a sweater. But that's all he put on himself. Something made him like the hair on his head.

-I don't feel any pain anymore.

His savior was sitting in the same position as he saw her a minute ago. She seemed offended, and very much so.

-Shit! And I won't do anything to calm her down?

He was going deeper and deeper into the forest.

-I don't have to do that.

He walked easily, and the wounded side almost didn't bother him.

-Maybe she saved my life.

Her master didn't like that thought. It was a shame for such a freedom-loving man as Obi to realize it. Duty always seemed like a burden to him.

- Wait, - Obi heard and turned around, a red-haired hooded girl ran to him. - Here. Take this, - she handed the guy a glass jar with a murky green substance inside. - If the wound hurts, just change the bandage.

Obi bravely stretched out his hand for the medicine. Such a warm palm... Suddenly Obi bowed to the girl: either to hide the embarrassment of touching her hand, which immediately affected his face, or he did it out of pure gratitude.
