When a villain or a negative character dies in cartoons, we do not feel pity for him. On the contrary, we believe that he got what he deserved. The first thing that comes to mind in this collection is of course the wonderful cartoon "The Lion King" from Disney Studios, released in 1994.
Here we are shown the death of the father of the lion cub Simba - King Mufasa. The cunning Uncle Shar arranged everything in such a way as to create a dangerous situation for a gullible lion cub. A selfless father saved his son, but he couldn’t save himself, having received a “knife in the back” from his brother, longing for power.
For many children, the death of Mufasa was the first death seen of a positive cartoon character. Many children's tears were shed at that moment.
But I think that many still have to cry, because this year the full-length film "The Lion King" is coming out.
Shrek
In the third part of this kind family wonderful cartoon, the father of Princess Fiona, who was Shrek's wife, dies. From the previous part it was clear that the ruler of the far-away kingdom was the most common toad, but the sorceress, she, the godmother of Feona, helped him to take on a human form, in return for the fact that her son would marry Feon and become king.
At the very beginning of the third part, the toad king dies in his bed, telling before his death about the heir to the throne Arthur.
Fox and Dog
A wonderful cartoon from Disney Studios won the hearts of the audience, showing how real friendship can be. But at the very beginning we are shown the main loss of the little fox.
Saving her child, the mother took the fox in her teeth and ran out of the hole, because the hunters already knew the location of the fox family. She knew that the fox was still very small and he could not hunt himself to feed himself, so she brought him to the house of a lonely widow. The fox herself ran to cover her tracks in order to lead the hunters away from her cub. Soon, the mother of the fox was killed away from the widow's house. The fox was picked up by a kind woman and fed.
Brother teddy bear
This wonderful cartoon tells the story of three friendly brothers who lived in the far north and hunted fishing and hunting. In those places, bears were also found.
Once, one of the brothers saw a bear and wanted to kill him, but when a bear and a man confront a bear, the bear will always win. When the bear was close to victory, the elder brother saw the trouble and hastened to the younger one to help. During the fight, the older brother saved the younger, but he was killed by a bear.
But not so simple. The younger brother, mourning for his older brother, decided to take revenge on the bear. Since all the bears were on one face, he did not like all the bears. It so happened that once the bear mother brought her baby to the place where she found fish to feed him, but it turned out that the fish was caught by people, and one of the brothers just went to meet her. Sensing the human being close, the bear threw her baby into the bushes and entered the fray with the hunter, in connection with which she was defeated, and the teddy bear was saved.
Bring Rex
This Soviet cartoon tells about the touching relationship of a child and his dog, a shepherd named Rex. In winter, the boy with his dog went to drive the puck, but fell through the ice.
When Rex saw his beloved little master in the cold river, he immediately rushed to his aid. The courageous dog bravely fought against the elements and dragged the child ashore, but he was seriously injured, received serious frostbite and pneumonia. They took the dog to the hospital, but, alas, they could not save it. The child was saved and healthy.
This cartoon made more than one child shed tears.
Earth until the beginning of all time
This wonderful cartoon tells us about the cubs of dinosaurs and their friendship. In the very first part, a tyrannosaurus attacks the main character of Littlefoot. Trying to save her only son, the mother of the main character rushes to the sharp-toothed, not thinking about herself.
She manages to defeat Ostroboth and save her son and his girlfriend, but she herself dies from the wounds she received.
The cartoon itself was not as popular as The Lion King, but this scene made almost all the children who saw it burst into tears.
Bambi
An unforgettable classic from Disney also contains a scene of the loss of the protagonist's mother. The Bambi fawn rushes at full speed with his mother from a hunter with a gun.
