RUSSIANS PEOPLE & PUTIN TEAM

Kirienko is Putin's successor!

👉 Sergei Kiriyenko was appointed first deputy head of the presidential administration on October 5, 2017, just like Vladimir Putin twenty years ago. And if for Putin transfer to a post in the Administration was a new step in his career, then Kiriyenko could apply this with great stretch.

👉 State Corporation Rosatom is so impressive that in fact it is a whole country in Russia. The size of the assets is such that Gazprom and Rosneft would fit quite freely in this structure together with their foreign subsidiaries. There are also science cities, institutes, and the entire production vertical: from mining uranium ore to nuclear power plants.

👉 This means only one thing: Kiriyenko's motivation for agreeing to take a position in the Administration must be so strong that it overflows the scales on which the management of Russia's largest organization, Rosatom, is located. I would reject the money issue, since in Rosatom, Sergey Vladilenovich already had everything.

👉 Sergei Kiriyenko, one of the few managers who can be called truly effective and productive. Under his leadership, Rosatom State Corporation became the leader in the construction of nuclear power plants, fuel production and R & D in weapons and energy nuclear complexes. Every sixth nuclear power plant in the world is fueled by Rosatom.

👉 Kirienko has the optimal age for holding the post of President - 55 years, and no one has a similar experience of effective management of such a huge structure in the domestic elite. This contrast of Kiriyenko to the Russian elite, who cares only about its own good, makes me believe in the possibility of implementing a scenario for his nomination if not in this spring, then in six years ...

👉 I can find only one factor against - the default of the domestic economy in 1998. But it is unlikely that Kirienko is guilty in this crisis. His task was to lessen the impact on the state from the collapse of the financial pyramid of state short-term bonds, which was launched under V.S. Chernomyrdin.

👉 The price of oil then ranged around $ 10 per barrel. The unreasonable monetary policy of the Central Bank and the lack of a coherent program of socio-economic development led the country to a crisis, rather than the activities of the Prime Minister, who had been in power for less than six months...
