It is assumed that the adoption of the developed measures to improve employee training at Organisation Ltd. will lead to an increase in employee productivity by 20% and an increase in the number of customers by 15% during the year. The socio-economic effect of the measures in the first year of their implementation will be about 1.8 million rubles.
