You can't do ALL your things on time if you haven't got the Time-Turner like Hermione Granger has. But you can do your best. And there are some rules to help you.
1) Plan your day in advance. I mean you should make TO-DO list for the next day before you go to the bed today.
2) Wake up early. This is the way how you can get more time for your plans.
3) Work with pauses. It's definitely not good when you are working the whole day without any breaks. Your brain needs to rest. And your body too. So there is the next rule:
4) Don't forget about the physical activity. Do some squats, push ups and go for a walk at least for 10 minutes.
5) Get enough sleep, although you wake up early.
If you do these simple rules, you will be the best version of yourself.
P.S. Don't be like me. When I was younger, one night I couldn't fall asleep and I got nothing to do, but listening radio. I was switching the radio stations and suddenly I found the good one. There were no music, but an interesting conversation. That amusing and useful dialogue was about the time management. At 3 A.M.
Seriously, I'm not kidding.
