You know, with the arrival of spring, we seem to Wake up from a winter dream, and we want miracles, magic and change.
But, very often we are dissolved in everyday life, different troubles, in children and family, that does not have the strength to see miracles or create magic! We do not have the strength to take care of ourselves, thanks to which we can please the World and see joy in the World.
Sometimes we even dismiss the idea: "we ought to lay we ought to take a bath" — and I think that when someone buy/make some crafts to make and dinner to prepare and "run" to perform.
Yes, we moms, of course, can all sing in a very famous us of a children's song: "Mother, mother can be anything!". But sooner or later forces leave us, energy is wasted, and in our house "comes" irritability, fatigue, stress, aggression, indifference, carping, a sense of full devastation and the absence of love…
But such a state can be avoided! Why go to extremes?! Agree?
So right now, my dears, put everything aside and just close your eyes! Yes, close your eyes and exhale! Take a deep breath and relax! Feel how a pleasant feeling of warmth flows through your body and how the body, brain, soul thanks you for this respite! You can sit/lie down for a few minutes, deep breathe, or even to dream... you Can turn the music on…
Of course, this is the fastest and easiest way to "stop" and turn your attention to yourself! After all, self-care is an important part of our lives. Without it, we will not be able to take care of our loved ones, we will not be able to give them the love, attention and energy that they need so much! And there are many options for how to restore strength and fill yourself.
